Every confirmed pass, membership or invitation comes with a personal booking code and the link to the Forum's hotel portal. The code unlocks the Forum rate and the conditions above.

The Forum's official airline offers participants a fare code for travel to and from the host city, announced with the host city.

Participants who need a visa receive an official invitation letter from the organiser once their registration is confirmed.

• The letter supports an application; the decision belongs to the authorities

Airport transfers and protocol cars for official delegations, shuttles between the official hotels and the venue, and an accreditation desk at the headquarters hotel the day before the edition opens.
