Day 4: a verified record of work
A CV says what someone did. A brief executed in front of an employer shows it. How the Forum's fourth day works for young people and for employers.
Day 4, People and the Future, is the whole Forum's last day: executives, investors and officials in the room with the next generation. Inside it, OSHIL FOUNDATION, the Forum's convener, runs the hiring floor through its programme WE CREATE AND LIVE THE FUTURE.
How it works
Employers set real briefs. Young people execute them on the floor, in front of the employers who set them. Each young person leaves with a verified record of the work and the employer's written feedback, whether or not they are hired.
Why it matters to employers
A CV says what someone did. A brief executed in front of you shows it. Employers meet candidates on evidence, and can hire on the day.
How it is counted
People hired through the fourth day and confirmed by the employer within sixty days are counted and published after each edition.
